Shipping policy

We offer delivery to Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Your order will be shipped the same day if the order and payment are completed before 12 noon Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Return Policy

If you have received a defective product, follow these steps:

Step 1: Send an email to yola.neuss@gmail.com
Step 2: Attach the invoice number, company information and a photo of the damaged product to the email.
Step 3: Wait for our confirmation email.
Step 4: After the review is completed and approved, we will offer an exchange of the (same) product.

Note: Returns can only be requested within 7 days of receiving the products. We are only responsible for damaged products caused by our shipping, not by your customers' use.
